When I try to reply to a response from 'insider', I get this message:

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
My reply was that I have sent an email to customer services, Martin Perry (yes, fully aware that he has only recently returned) and Ken Brown.
So, given the time that has passed (approx 3 weeks), can you tell me when I may receive a response from any of the above?
