Smoking in the stands

I love the new stadium and the way the super seagulls are leading the way on how to play football this season.
I look forward to every match. However, every match I've been to I can smell smoke which I thought was a big no no. I've tried to find him/her but have had no luck, can those sitting by these people please have the moral courage to tell them to stop. Makes me feel sick!!
