Hi,

I DO realise that getting 22,000 people away from the ground within a short space of time is a very difficult job, but perhaps there are a couple of things that could be done regarding the coach park that could be improved.

Have some stewards telling people which queue to get in. (And make sure they know which queue is which- there was different information being given out last night)

Have the Bus/coach drivers know which end of the queue is which. Last night (Race Hill Queue) one of the drivers drove in, and stopped, opened his doors, much nearer to the back of the queue than the front. Result - some very unhappy people who were at the supposed front of the queue. (Especially an elderley gentleman who was having difficulty standing for such a long period of time.)
What about the Stewards holding 'lollypops' for the Park and Ride Queues? So far this season, we've been very lucky with the weather - people might not be so understanding if it's raining.

Have the buses leave full. Our bus had lots of empty seats - let alone standing areas - seems crazy with a huge queue still standing there.

SIGNS - There seems to be a distinct lack of signs at the stadium directing people where to go/queue. (Even such a simple thing as having an 'AWAY FANS' sign from the station - maybe directing away fans round the back of the east stand?
Oh and one last thing - and it has been asked by several people before - why is there not an 'in' and an 'out' into the Toilets?

Thanks for your time.
