Hi Insider, I am confused. Your reply to my 31/8 post was 'Yes, it should be being checked - apologies for your experience. Can you PM your details and I will investigate this for you'.
You now say I have to go back to the people giving the poor service?
Looking at another query from someone with a similar experience of theticket shop service on email and telephone, I don't hold out much hope of ever getting a fan number.
