Passenger management at Falmer Station:-
- despite the fact that the rear three carriages would not allow anyone travelling to Lewes to get off.

Further to tread from Lord Bracknell:-
we were not informed that you wouldn't be able to leave the train at Lewes if travelling in the rear carriages until after the train had left Falmer. I was fortunate to be in one of the correct carriages, I'm sure there were many others who ended up having to change at Polegate to get back to Lewes. Apart from the inconvenience there was also the risk they would be made to pay a penalty fare.

Better information is needed before people get on the trains.

Top marks to the rail company though, I'm guessing they added extra carriages to the train when they realised the match would end late although it may have helped if this had been relayed back to the club so stadium announcements could be made to reassure travellers instead of the worrying ones about a restricted service after 10-30pm.

In conclusion can we have better co-ordinated information and marshalling directions.

thanks
