Access West Stand Upper

My fathers health is poor and up until yestedays game he has been able to use the lift to gain access to the West Stand Upper. On arrival yesterday he was told he could not use the lift as people had been abusing the use of the lift and there was now a blanket ban on using the lift for everyone now.

Can the club consider having a list of people who are really needing to use the lift or perhaps a card which easily identifies the bearer of their circumstances. .

I will pass on your comments, but at the season ticket presentations supporters were advised that the lifts were not able to be used by fans. The lifts are there to give the caterers access to all levels to ensure the supply of food and drink.
