Hi Paul,

For us fans who can only go as much as possible on an ad-hoc basis, is there any news on getting a smart card rather than a paper ticket? Are there plans in place to introduce this, and are the ticket office waiting until fans buy a certain number of tickets?

Yes, these will be introduced but not straight away; we have stuck with paper tickets (with seat details displayed) for now while we get through the first few games and then we can introduce these once everything settles down.
