Hi,
My son and I are both STH but every time I purchase a ticket for my son who is 16, on the website, I am charged an adult price for him. I then have to spend 20 minutes queuing on the telephone to get a refund. Not only am I charge £2 for the privilege it is also costing a fortune in phone calls. When will this be rectified?
