i know they want you to hang around and we did for an hour but getting out was an absolute shambles and we waiting for 30 mins to get out the car park then when we were out it was fine! but they need some sort of system...
No problem. It's all good feedback. I will pass this on, but please bear in mind everyone is getting used to the "system" - once everybody is used to it, I am sure it will run much more smoothly.
