Hi Paul

Spending 40 minutes on hold during a fairly quiet period (no new tickets on sale for several weeks), when starting at 14th in a queue really isn't good enough, and will eventually lose the club business.

Are there plans to increase the capacity of this service?


nb - my query requires a telephone call.

It might have something to do with Pompey tickets going on sale yesterday. But I will pass on your comments.
