Can't do this thursday, I'm sorry but I will put in the effort but I'm not sacrificing the chance to get Glasto tickets for one session, that's just the way it is. I'll be there every other week though.

I will come to these two! I know this may sound stupid but is dyke road park the park that is midway on dyke road between 7 dials and near withdean?? by the tennis courts, i have cycled by it a few times but have never noticed the name, also i take it that its boots and not trainers?? i might cycle there both days to get some fitness and help warm up!

Really sorry people but my hamstring STILL hasn't fully recovered so I won't be there tonight.

Should be at all the other training's though.
