Hi Paul
Did I dream this or can we retrospectively claim 10% cash back on purchases made before the smart cards were activated? I only ask because I put money on my smart card and then spent a fortune in the club shop on the day before the spurs game only to be told the readers weren't active yet. The staff didn't seem to know.
