10% Cashback

I purchased a meal-deal in the North Stand concourse on Saturday and have received no cash-back, I went into the club shop in Queens Road this morning, and the assistant told me I had to spend £100 pounds before I qualified for the 10% discount, I have read all the info that came with my ST, including all the terms and conditions, and can find no mention of the £100 pound rule. Is this information correct, or has there just been a glitch? and can I get the cash-back retrospectively? Cheers
