e top up problems

Tried to top up just now but rejected.

The card I tried is registered to a different address (as is all my debit/credit cards) to the one I live at (which is held by club for me) so I overtyped the address fields as they were pre-filled.

Is there a way to top up online for me or will Ineed to do it at the stadium.

Both addresses have to be the same - you can however pop in the shop and do this over the counter.
