Season ticket not arrived

A friend of mine who is not on NSC, hence me asking on his behalf, has still not received his season ticket card. He has successfully ordered (and therefore paid for) a ticket for the Spurs game but currently has no way of getting into the ground. He has been completely unable to elicit a response from the dedicated email or telephone lines for season ticket enquiries and is concerned that he won't get in on Saturday, and he's coming down from London.

I just need to know, if possible - is there any arrangement in place by which people whose season tickets have still not arrived by Saturday, who can prove they've successfully ordered a Spurs ticket (he has the email confirmation), can gain access to the game?

He will need to contact the ticket office, they will cancel the one which will have been despatched and replace it with a duplicate.
