10% cashback - Online store?

Paul,

I'm a bit confused as to how you are meant to receive 10% cashback buying online at seagullsdirect.
You can't specify a fan number when purchasing or pay using your smart card. How on earth does the website know you are fan number xyz and therefore how does it award the cashback?
Apologies if i'm missing something obvious.

You have to PAY with your smartcard using e-cash, eg load your card and then use it as the payment option. Send the receipt if you have paid by debit or credit card.
