Gully's Gang....again!!

Sorry to keep on about this subject but it has gone on too long now.
I will keep it brief.....7 year old joined G/G in April. Received no communication. Repeated e-mails to 'youngseagulls' not answered. Phoned many times and told everything is in order for the 7 year old to log on (fan season ticket holder number prefixed by 0000 and a post code) still no luck, keeps getting a message....number and postcode do not match!
What do you have to do to get G/G to work?
