Smartcard Purchasing - Again!

Sorry to go over the same points as others, but I just wondered if you had any news on whether or not the Club will be making retrospective credits in respect of recent purchases? I visited the Club Shop on Saturday and spent £146. Although the till came up with a message to scan the smartcard, the cashier advised it wasn't working yet. Clearly 10% cashback on that amount would be useful to spend in the concourse areas or in Dick's Bar!
