We can't use our stk's for Blackpool

Three of us, in consecutive seats in the East Stand (2 x adults and 1 x under 10) cannot go to the Blackpool match on the 20th August. None of our family can go either as we have a family party. Is there a 'safe' way to let someone else have our seats for the day and just get face value for them?
