Unsure as to reply?

Hi-apologies for pursuing the matter re east stand familiarisation this way but was unable to continue the thread-anyway-i see that you quite often reply 'i will pass on your comments'-could you tell me what this actually means please?does this mean someone else will post a reply on here,or is it just that there is no-one who WILL answer?this is not an attack on yourself at all,merely an observation that this seems to be the answer to alot of queries that may be slightly awkward -and then the issue seems to be 'lost'.

I will pass on your comments to the right people at the club, but as I am sure you will appreciate, everyone at the club is extremely busy trying to fit various different things in before the season starts - once I have a final response it will be publicised on seagulls.co.uk or I will respond here.
