We have never had an e-mail from the club confirming s/tkt membership when joining or when purchasing the friendly tickets?
Also, our 6 year old Grandson joined Gully's Gang and has not received any welcome notification and cannot log on to the GG site using his s'tk number and postcode as directed?

You should check if you have an email address registered on your online ticket account, if that is correct, you will need to notify the ticket office.

Regarding Gully's Gang, can you email gullysgang[MENTION=5978]bhafc[/MENTION].co.uk and they will be able to activate the account for you.
