OLd poeple walking from the station to the west

On saturday i did notice a few old ones struggling with the slope to get to the west even using the disabled access ramp .Would it not be an option to have the use of perhaps a golf buggy or three to help them.Last thing i'd want to see is someone snuff it on the walk .
