Lee Clarke certainly knows what he can do from last season.

Leyton, E10.
I have to say one of my fears is that, after all this messing about and talking up of a deal, and that he said the only club he would play for apart from Newcastle would be us, he will go and join another team. Southampton, Hudders, PALACE? It's just not worth worrying about, until any move finally happens of course. Football these days, ay?

Meopham, Kent.
Seems a division too low for him at this time in his career. He's already proved he's too good for L1.

The only way he will go somewhere else is if we are unwilling to pay the fee for him, whether that be because of his injury or anything else. It's obvious how much we want him and how much he wants to come to us so there would have to be a valid reason should he not sign.

If he has failed a medical and GP won't risk then thats good enough.

If he has to go elsewhere and prove everyone wrong then I'm happy if he goes to L1 and Hudds are a decent club.

no objections if this happens
