Please can you explain why:
Firstly - When this was announced yesterday the system was not working and crashed just as I was giving details. Im sure many others experienced the same.
Surely good practice would have been to announce when the system WAS working?
Secondly - Why then advised to call back in half an hour, when knowing full well the lines would be shut.
Thirdly - why today when you ring you press option 2 then NOTHING. Seeing the thread on NSC people are having to re-dial again and again and again with no message or anything.
Disgraceful.
