Parking at the Amex on NON-matchdays

Hi,
I was just wondering what the parking situation is when visiting the Amex on non-matchdays, ie to visit the club shop or the supporters bar. Are we allowed to park on site, and is there a charge ?

Certain events may be charged, but my understanding is that typical non-matchday visits to shop, restaurant, supporters' bar will be FOC.
