hello this may have been answered before but everytime it rains all the terraces are soaking wet and looking at my seat position this is always a wet area. can i assume that the roof has not yet been made watertight and this will be done soon i.e before the seats are installed.thanks.

No, the roof is completed. As with any stadium because of the height of the roof in driving rain conditions some areas will always be susceptible to rain or dampness. This is unavoidable unless we install a completely closed roof.
