Hope you can help with this one. I have two children, each of whom is a Gully's Gang member. At the start of the season, they each got a voucher for a free match ticket, which I wanted to use this season to take them both to their first ever game. As we live in Leeds, we can't just drop into the ticket office to pick up the tickets, so I posted them off back in December, asking for tickets to the Hartlepool (12th Feb) and Carlisle (5th Mar) matches.
I received tickets shortly after, but for the Hartlepool and Tranmere matches. We cannot attend the Tranmere one, so we sent these ones back and asked the ticket office to send the Carlisle ones instead. Since then, I have heard nothing at all - i've tried to ring up a few times, but the guy who answers the phones can't seem to track my account history, despite me quoting my FAN number. I also e-mailed this query a couple of weeks ago, but haven't heard back.
Is there anything you can do to look into this for me?
