Season Ticket Fiasco

Having tried to get a straight answer from someone without any luck can you answer this for me??
Can my son( who is 16 but too old for a childs season ticket this season so had to buy an under 21 ticket) entitled to his extra 3 season tickets??
The ticket office say no because he is 16, the ticket holders line said no because he is under 18 BUT the letter and leaflet he got both say everyone exept UNDER 16s are entitled to the extra tickets.
And also why has he not had his privilege pack?? again I have been told it is because he is under 18.

I am afraid it is only adult ticket buyers who entitled to the +3 option, which is why he would not have received a privilege pack.
