Has the Board considered our concerns regarding the priority of the +3's that you forwarded to them, and if so will a response will be published? The ST Help Desk only seems set up to respond on a 121 basis.
I have passed on your comments for future reference. But as was stated in response to your original question, the board deliberated long and hard over this, and is not going to change the ticketing arrangements.
