Hi Insider,
Given some of the grief over the Amex bookings on here I just wanted to give some positive feedback. As a group of P1 STHs my mate went to make our bookings for the Falmer visit today. There was a problem with my account and we were told I couldn't get a slot at the same time as my mates and couldn't get in until two weeks later. The lady my mate spoke to said she couldn't do anything to help.
I called the hotline myself and explained the situation to someone called Olly who looked into this for me and he was able to sort things out very quickly and without any fuss. Please pass this on to whoever is running this service on behalf of the club.
