Falmer Park and Ride

In an earlier answer to a question about Park and Ride facilities for Falmer, you say that "discounted voucher books will be available to season ticket holders".

1. Does this mean that non-season ticket holders (including away supporters) will have to pay to use the park and ride buses?

2. And what about those occasions when a season ticket holder is travelling with someone who has purchased a ticket on a one-off basis? Will the 'casual' ticket holder have to pay? Or can one of the vouchers purchased by the season ticket holder be used?

3. If the vouchers only offer "a discount", does it mean that EVERYONE will have to pay something on the day to use the park and ride service? If so, will this be charged on a "pay per car" basis or "pay per person"? If it is "pay per person", will everyone pay the same, or will there be lower fares for seniors, juniors, etc?

4. Has the Club's transport consultant estimated the effect that introducing extra charges for park and ride (and matchday use of public transport) will have on the numbers of people using "sustainable" means of transport to get to and from games?

5. Has the Travel Management Plan yet been submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing by the Authority?

I am not sure exactly what the P&R and subsidised travel the process will be, but full details will be announced in due course. And of course it will have to be in accordance with the planning permission granted.
