Sounds like it's been Newcastle holding it up, though.
I expect them to sign someone soon, and then he'll be free to come down.

I think if we did sign him it'll be a deal until Xmas and then with the option of signing him until the end of the season.

Either way i'd be happy, Bennett and Lua Lua on each flank would be class!

Pretty sure , he said himself "via Twitter" that even if he was to be loaned out nothing would be happening until toward the end of august.

Looks like Newcastle don't need him - they are stuffing Aston Villa at the moment. 4-0 and Villa don't even look close to testing Newcastle.
