By the seaside in West Somerset

thankyou

not a word I think I am ever likely to use though

don't think it would do my cred with the grandkids any good - kinda like when my parents used words like fab and cool and hip - made me want to throw up (or luzz perhaps)?

:lolol:

The democratic and free EU
In my day it was "fuzz".

"oy Pongo, where's my tennis ball ?"
"Jabba fuzzed it over the science lab"
"what a spacker"

Ah, playground dialects...

In addition to luzzing the ball, at my school Jabba would have been a 'spanner' for doing that, not a spacker...

:clap2:

Not only did Brighton invent the sport - we are STILL number one.

There's some classic luzzing style in operation here by some veteran Albion luzzers.

You have the classic side luzz where the momentum comes from the twist of the body and the more difficult but ultimately more satidfying "over the head" style. Best employed at close range against Johnny Foreigner (or dirty dirty Leeds).

Are they the CLASSIC Paris Aluminium style?

Good question, Trigger. I believe there's British Luzz standard plastic white and the Rolls Royce of Luzz Chairs - the PArisian Aluminium both being employed in that clip.

I forgot to mention also that a Brighton luzzer in that clip can also be seen working the stabbing technique - one of the most difficult moves in the luzzer arsenal but boy, when it's done well it looks the business.

And a piss-poor effort from one of the northern monkeys at some sort of under arm luzz. Pathetic.

Underarm luzzing is for girls and gays - like serving underarm at tennis.

If you don't use a full 180 sidewinder swing you are a complete user.

I must say I was a luzzing chairs sceptic before yesterday but it really does help, I suggest everyone get outside and luzz your patio furniture about it really helps!!
