last thursday my mrs and son were outside the club shop and her mobility scooter rolled back about 4ft unexpectedly just as she was getting off of it (to go into the shop to buy me a birthday present), leaving my mrs on the floor and with both her and my son quite distressed - christine, claire and jamie helped my mrs up and calmed both her and my son josh down and offered to ring me to collect them both. please pass on my thanks to all involved, mrs is fine and both her and josh have recovered from this. many thanks
