like Jim in the West I renewed a few weeks ago, only to receive KB's email reminder a few hours ago telling me to ignore his email if I have renewed in the past few days.

Now it leaves me thinking...did my application get processed correctly? what if it didn't? have i lost my treasured seats? shall i call the club? shall I email Ken Brown? will I get an answer?

KB's email implies that the processing of STs is up to date and only those that haven't reapplied are being reminded.

I expect I will be advised to contact the TO but do you want 4,000 enquiries?

I suspect this is down to the fact you have set up multiple ticket accounts (probably one online?). I would suggest calling or emailing the ticket office and explaining the situation and they will either merge the two accounts, or delete the online one, if it hasn't been used.
