I pre-ordered two home shirts last week and I must admit that given they are not currently available to ship, I was slightly surprised to have been charged for them.

I am assuming they will be distributed very shortly? Otherwise I think charging me for a product I may not receive until June is a bit cheeky to say the least.

Further to this, the terms and conditions clearly state money will be taken in advance. Legally, we cannot hold your card details and take monies at a future date, the transaction has to be completed at the time you enter your details. If you do still feel strongly about this, I am sure the club will provide a full refund.
