Yes, they were sent with the STHs DVD. I would recommend calling the TO to check address details are correct, etc, and then explain you have not received your DVD and letter.

For your information, here is a copy of the letter we sent out.

GOLD MEMBER DVD, STADIUM UPDATE AND PRE-RELEASE INFORMATION ON PREMIUM SEATING

We are very pleased to enclose our latest DVD as part of your Season Ticket package, which we hope you will enjoy, and to write to you with some exciting news about our new Stadium.

Many of you will have seen the progress being made on site either by watching our website Brighton and Hove Albion | BHAFC Scores, News, Transfers, Fixtures, reading the regular updates in our match programme, or by visiting the site and looking through the viewing windows in the hoarding. The erection of the arch over the East Stand and the commencement of the steelwork to the West Stand are two more major milestones reached in the last few weeks.

This brings us to a very exciting stage in the period leading up to opening because we have now reached the time when we can begin to market some of the wonderful facilities that will be on offer.

We have always promised that we will give our existing Season Ticket holders first priority when it comes to purchasing Season Tickets at the new stadium. We are aiming to release these in September this year, but we are aware that some of you may be interested in the other facilities that will also be available. So the purpose of this letter is to keep you up to date with our plans.

We are about to commence marketing the Corporate Hospitality facilities and to this end we have just released the Executive Boxes and the Premium Seats for sale in what we are calling the 1901 Club.

The 1901 Club - Platinum Suite is a beautifully appointed, large open restaurant & bar area of five star standard throughout. Whilst membership is mainly targeted at the business community, we also understand that there are groups or individual Albion supporters who may be looking for corporate style comfort from some of the best seats and facilities in the stadium (located immediately adjacent to the Half Way Line).

Companies or individuals who are interested in purchasing Premium Seats will pay a joining fee (effectively giving them ownership of their seat location for five years) and then a subscription payment (like a gym membership) for their seats over a five year term. The subscription payment allows access to the Platinum restaurant & bar areas and seats for all match days over five years including all League, Cup and friendly matches. There are a raft of other interesting benefits to Premium membership which are too numerous to outline in this letter.

We are now in the process of contacting our existing Corporate customers and Season Ticket holders prior to the Premium Seats going on general sale. After this priority period, local businesses and non-season ticket holders will be eligible to purchase.

If you would like to find out more then you can register your interest by e-mailing 1901@bhafc.co.uk or by writing to us. One of our sales team will then make contact with you and invite you to visit the Marketing Suite on site at the new Stadium to explain precisely what Premium Seat membership is all about.

We fully understand if you wish to wait for release of the Season Tickets. We will be writing to you again in a few months time about these. Again, all existing Season Ticket holders will be invited to purchase a Season Ticket at the new Stadium before they go on general sale, so if you are not interested in Premium Seating in the Corporate Hospitality areas you do not have to take any action, just wait for the next invitation.

Our new stadium is now well on its way – it is on time and on budget. Roll on August 2011 – it’s not too long now!

Thank you for your support over all the years. It is certainly going to be an exciting journey in our new home.

Kind Regards
