Change of plans?

I was just having a browse through the plans for the West Stand and noticed that there's supposed to be a players entrance in the Lower Ground floor on the south side underneath where the steel frame is now.
Recent photographs show that it hasn't been built like that, I just wondered why not and also where the players are going to enter the stadium now?

It has been built exactly as per the plans. There will be two entrances to the dressing room - one on the north west corner which will also be the access for the press and one via a lift from the west concourse which I think is the one you are describing. The steel work for the players' entrance area has not yet gone up.
