With all due respect I don't think you have answered the question on capacity.

If planning was granted etc, what options would the club have for expanding (i.e. filling in the corners, raising the roof, building another tier etc)?

If we could obtain planning consent we could expand the stadium to any capacity for which consent was granted. The major hurdle would be to obtain planning. Getting planning consent would depend on need, finance, transport planning and regulations etc current at the time.

We could fill in the corners or build another tier but these would be decisions to be made at the time the Club required the extra capacity.
