What did you expect to see out of a Torquay hotel

Last month we got Sky+ HD and the HDMI cable went into the only HDMI Socket we've got in the tv, but I've also got a PS3 which was running on the HDMI Socket before Sky HD came. Well now I've brought a switchbox and I aint got a clue on how to use it. I know you put the ps3 hdmi cable into the switchbox, but I aint got a clue on how to get a picture onto the tv.

Please can somebody help

Simple answer is inputs are sky+ and PS3 output is TV. the long answer is there are a large number of these types of switch boxes and the quality and functionality is variable. My recommendation would be to save your pennies for a decent amplifier and surround sound speakers. Onkyo make some great products and these are great alongside a TV with only one HDMI input.
