I notice that on the website, the club says that tickets for the Charlton game can be bought in person, by post or online. Brighton and Hove Albion | News | Latest News | Latest News | Charlton Clash All Ticket
However, the pre-recorded message on the ticket office telephone number is telling supporters that tickets for this game can only be bought online (ie not by post or in person. Or by telephone for that matter).
Is it the website or the telephone message that is wrong?
This conflicting information aside, I hope that the club is not considering withdrawing the telephone booking option because many of our older supporters still rely on this channel.
