Hello insider, props to you as im sure youve been putting in an almighty shift today.

Regarding my purchase of a villa ticket, do i definately have one as im yet to see any sign of confrimation either by text or otherwise, i would greatly appreciate if you could check.

Looking into the future is there any possible way i could transfer my gold membership over to a different account in the hope that i might have more luck with it?

Didn't I PM you yesterday to say you had a ticket?

No email means either:

Your email details are not logged with us (check Update Details to confirm) or you haven't given us permission to email you. You can do this by clicking the Update button in the Update Details section.

or

Your email is in a queueing system.

Either way don't panic - and we can sort account probs after the Villa game.
