Hi, I bought 2 tickets for the Villa game on Monday but still haven't received an email confirmation. Does that indicate a problem with my booking?

No, it means either:

Your email details are not logged with us (check Update Details to confirm) or you haven't given us permission to email you. You can do this by clicking the Update button in the Update Details section.

or

Your email is in a queueing system.

Either way don't panic. It may appear in your purchase history.
