Sorry to burden you.
My white membership was processed on 4th Jan (according to my bank account)
I am trying to find out my membership number. I have received nothing by post. I sent an e-mail a couple of days ago but had no reply. Been trying the phones since half nine but can't get through, permanently engaged.
Are there any other avenues open to me?
