Bit of a dumb question.

Me and 4 other STH are going to apply by post tomorrow (will drop it through the letterbox). Shall i simply write the names of us all and each of our FAN numbers on a piece of paper, put the £50 in an envelope and write 'Gold' on the outside of the envelope. Or do I have to do something else.

Names and addresses are required (FAN NUMBERS if you have them) and a Stamped-Addressed-Envelope. You can drop these it in in person if you wish.
