Blue membership ignored - cannot proceed to buy Villa ticket!!!

09:01 Mon 11th Jan, started to purchase 1 adult ticket for Villa match, as a Blue Member:

Yes I can login

Yes I can see all my personal deatils are correct

Yes I can see my records showing earlier purchase

Yes you, Insider, know my Blue card has not arrived

Yes you have PMed me to say my Blue Meembership is rock solid, lack of card doesn't matter

Yes I am looking at Aston Villa v BHA - buy tckets now - Qty

BUT ..

"You need to have purchased the following products: Season Ticket 2009/2010"

Yes I have gone round the loop several times, from re-login onwards

So tel Ticket Office ... "The number has cancelled the call"

retry ... long message about other games, Villa for Season Tcket holders, others look on-site, 5 to talk to Tcket Office, press 5 - call cancelled

etc, etc

Yes I have tried logging out, then in again, at first successfully, but now as I sign off at 09:40 Mon 11th Jan,

"Due to the high volume of activity, we are currently unable to connect you."

No, from 278 miles away, I cannot go to the Ticket Office

Any suggestions?
