Villa Tickets

Tried to get my Villa tickets (4 and all season ticket holders) and keep getting the following message:


•A pre-requisite product must be purchased prior to being used to make a second purchase. Membership purchases may require approval before they may be used as a pre-requisite. You must have previously purchased the following product Season Ticket 2009/2010. You will need to reallocate these items to another customer and update your basket.

Any advice as I have already purchased season tickets and tried now to book under different fan numbers but still without success. Tried to contact ticket office but lines closed !

Have all four STHs registered and used F&F to enable you to buy on their behalf?
