Level 5 = Double Flumping - 20m or less visibility
Level 4 = Flumping - 20m - 100m visibility
Level 3 = Flimping - Medium snowflakes falling consistently
Level 2 = Flizzle - Small Snowflakes falling consistently
Level 1 = Flurries - Similar to precum (a bit of excitement leading to the big event)
That's as far as I've found. There may have been extra details added after that.

Snowing in Burgess Hill now 
The Eastbourne to East Dean section of the A259 normally has far more snow when the Eastbourne gets snow, with drifting off of the Downs.
