I purchased my Wycombe away ticket on the 8th Dec on the assumption that it would be despatched soon after. The ticket has still not arrived and the ticket office assure me it will be posted by the end of the week at the latest.
The problem i have is that im based in Oxfordshire where my Wycombe away ticket is due to be sent however im back down in Brighton on Saturday for the start of my christmas leave.
If the ticket is not with me in Oxfordshire by Saturday is there a system in place where another one could be despatched to my address in Brighton or that i could pick up from the club shop. Admittedly this could have been done in the first instance on my part but given that i purchased it online on the 8th Dec i just took it for granted that it would be here by now.
Whats the clubs policy on a situation like this??
