Just curious as to how the sections of the arch are going to be held together. Would it be high-tensile bolted, welded or rivetted together, and is there some form of interlocking that takes the strain/stress?

The sections are bolted together with high tensile bolts the ends are butted together to ensure the load path goes through each section.
